Dispatch for owner-operators & small fleets No contract Mon-Fri 7:00am - 7:00pm CT / Dispatch 24-7

How It Works

From signup to loaded, step by step

No mystery and no runaround. This is exactly what happens after you send us your paperwork.

  1. Send us your info

MC and DOT number, your COI, and what you run. Takes about five minutes and there is nothing to pay.

  2. We get you set up

We complete your broker packets, get you onboarded with the brokers on your lanes, and learn where you want to run and when you need to be home.

  3. We find loads, you approve

We source and negotiate, then send you the load and the rate. Nothing gets booked until you say yes. There is no forced dispatch here.

  4. You drive, we handle the rest

Paperwork, check calls, invoicing and collections are ours. You focus on the road and getting home.

Getting set up

What we need from you

Send these over and most carriers are set up and looking at loads within 24 hours.

  • Active operating authority (MC and USDOT)
  • Current certificate of insurance
  • W-9 and a signed dispatch agreement
  • Limited power of attorney so we can sign rate cons on your behalf
  • Notice of assignment if you factor your invoices

About that power of attorney

It is limited and it only does one thing: lets us sign rate confirmations on your behalf so a load does not sit while we wait on your signature.

It does not give us access to your bank, your authority or your insurance. You can revoke it any time, for any reason.

Ask us to walk you through it line by line before you sign. We would rather you understood it.

Questions carriers ask us

Do I keep my own authority?

Yes, always. We are a dispatch service, not a broker and not a carrier you lease onto. We work as your agent under your MC number, and your authority stays entirely in your name. If you leave us, you take everything with you.

What does it cost?

A percentage of gross on the loads we book for you - nothing else. There is no signup fee, no monthly minimum, and no charge on loads you find yourself. If we do not book it, you do not pay on it.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There is no term commitment and no cancellation fee. If we are not making you money, you should be able to walk, and you can.

Do I have to take every load you find?

No. We do not do forced dispatch. You see the load details and the rate before anything is booked, and you approve it or you do not. It is your truck.

Who actually pays me?

The broker pays you or your factoring company directly. Your money never passes through our hands. We invoice our fee separately, so there is nothing for us to hold onto and nothing for you to chase.

Do you work with my factoring company?

Yes, whichever one you use. We handle the notice of assignment correctly on every broker packet so your invoices are not held up over paperwork.

How fast can I start?

Most carriers are set up and looking at loads within one business day of sending their authority and insurance. If your paperwork is in order, we can usually have you booked on something the same day.

I just got my authority. Will you take me?

Yes. New authorities are harder to place because many brokers want 90 days of history, and that is exactly the problem we are useful for. We know which brokers work with new carriers and we will get you onboarded with them.

Ready to stop chasing loads?

Send us your authority and insurance and we will have you set up inside a business day. No contract, and you only pay on loads we book.
